Jordan

Jordan, an ancient Arab kingdom that is fascinatingly beautiful with its dramatic landscapes and a history shaped by many cultural influences. This striking Middle-Eastern country is a prime adventure destination with a great selection of things to see and do. The British officer and archaeologist T. E Lawrence of Arabia, who often camped here during the Arab revolt of 1916, described the place as “vast, echoing and godlike.”
